Prerequisites
An active RecallSync account.
An active GoHighLevel account with the necessary permissions to install third-party applications.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to Integrations Settings
Click on the Settings menu item in the left sidebar. (0:07)
Click on the Integration tab at the top of the settings page. (0:09)
2. Configure GoHighLevel Integration
Locate the Customer Relationship Management section. (0:10)
Click the Configure button under the GoHighLevel card. (0:16)
A new window will open for the OAuth connection. Scroll to the bottom of the permissions list. (0:20-0:27)

On the "Select an Account" screen, choose your desired Sub-Account to continue with RecallSync. (0:28-0:33)
The integration should now be successful, and the GoHighLevel card will display Connected. (0:37)
3. Configure LLM API Keys
Scroll down to the Workflow Automation section. (0:59)
Locate the LLM card (A platform for natural language processing) and click Configure. (1:01)
On the LLM API Keys page, click + Add API Key. (1:03)
A modal titled Add LLM Key will appear. (1:04)
Enter a Key Name (e.g., OpenAI Primary).
Enter a Description (optional).
Paste your API Key into the API Key field.
Select the LLM Provider (e.g., OpenAI). (1:10)
Enter the Model Name (optional, enter your model ID).
Toggle Set this as the primary key for this provider to On (ensure only one key is set as primary). (1:14)
Click Add Key. (1:16)
The new key will now appear on the LLM API Keys list.
4. Configure Voice AI and Workflow Providers (Optional)
You can configure other providers in the same way under the respective sections.
Voice AI Solutions:
Click Configure under providers like VAPI or ReTell to connect and add the necessary API keys. (1:25-1:29)
Workflow Automation (N8N):
