Prerequisites

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Integrations Settings

  1. Click on the Settings menu item in the left sidebar. (0:07)

2. Configure GoHighLevel Integration

  1. Locate the Customer Relationship Management section. (0:10)

  2. Click the Configure button under the GoHighLevel card. (0:16)

  3. A new window will open for the OAuth connection. Scroll to the bottom of the permissions list. (0:20-0:27)

  5. On the "Select an Account" screen, choose your desired Sub-Account to continue with RecallSync. (0:28-0:33)

3. Configure LLM API Keys

  2. Locate the LLM card (A platform for natural language processing) and click Configure. (1:01)

  3. On the LLM API Keys page, click + Add API Key. (1:03)

  4. A modal titled Add LLM Key will appear. (1:04)

    • Enter a Key Name (e.g., OpenAI Primary).

    • Enter a Description (optional).

    • Paste your API Key into the API Key field.

    • Enter the Model Name (optional, enter your model ID).

    • Toggle Set this as the primary key for this provider to On (ensure only one key is set as primary). (1:14)
